Both accomplished and compassionate, Dr. Almaawi is committed to delivering a best-in-class customer care experience for all his valued patients. Just one visit with Dr. Almaawi and you will be certain he has your best interest in providing optimal dental health and hygiene services.
Dr. Almaawi has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. After finishing undergraduate school, he pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery DDS from Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Detroit, MI. Moreover, Dr. Almaawi has earned certifications in Invisalign, MIS Dental Implants, Sleep Apnea, TMD, and Next Level Endodontics. Dr. Almaawi is a Fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantology; this is an honorable position given only to doctors who competed for and earned a seat in the program.
Dr. Almaawi’s areas of dental expertise include the following: restorative (fillings) fixed, removable prosthodontics (crowns and bridges), TMD, Sleep Apnea, Implants (traditional and short), dentistry for young kids (Pedo), Oral Surgery, and Endodontics (root canal treatment) all within the scope of general dentistry practice.
Both empathetic and caring, Dr. Almaawi will provide transparency in all procedures he completes by addressing all your questions, concerns, and inquires with detail while educating you on the necessity of such procedures. Dr. Almaawi has contributed to the betterment of the greater community in the following philanthropic endeavors including participating in medical mission trips to Jamaica to treat underserved patients and trips to Guadalajara, Mexico to aid communities of people in remote villages with their dental surgery needs. In conjunction with his work overseas, Dr. Almaawi also partners within the local community for Kids Smile events and other free events that encourage affordable dental care for everyone.

I’m Dr. Sanjari Sanghani, DMD, MPH! I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University, where my passion for providing patient-centered care was sparked. I later pursued a Master’s in Public Health at the University of South Florida, deepening my understanding of community health and the role that quality dental care plays in overall well-being.
At my practice, I strive to make each dental visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I believe that creating a welcoming and positive environment can ease dental anxiety and help build lasting, trust-based relationships with my patients. My goal is to make every visit something to look forward to.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me unwinding with a great TV show, exploring nature on hiking trails, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. My greatest joy, though, comes from spending time with my two wonderful children—whether we’re making memories or teaching them the importance of good dental habits.

Laleh has 30 years experience in healthcare and patient care. She got her AS degree in midwifery from Medical university of Zanjn. Then she went to work as a midwife and nurse in private hospital. Then her interest in the dental field sparked after she got her fellowship in implant dental assisting in which she worked as lead assistant of maxilla oral surgery department at the local dental school. After moving to the US she focused on her career in the dental field where she worked with different disciplines of dental field as a dental assistant. Since then, she has been holding positions as patient coordinator and office manager assistant. Laleh is passionate about improving herself and she is currently working on getting her BS in health administration. She is very focused and dedicated to serve our patients with confidence and a big smile.
A graduate of Natick High School, and resides close by in Framingham with her family.
She has 20 years experience in the dental field with daily front desk operations, billing practices, and extensive insurance knowledge. She enjoys talking with patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease coming in for the best dental care, and seeing their smiling faces when their appointment is complete.
Kathy developed great customer service skills during her twenty years in retail. Starting part time evenings while raising her children, she was promoted numerous times, finishing her retail career as a Human Resource Manager.
Kathy’s decision to work in the dental field was a smooth transition to outstanding patient care as an Office Manager in two established practices. She is knowledgeable in all areas of dental office administration. Kathy is a team player who shares the goals of this office to provide the finest quality dentistry possible in the most comfortable, caring environment.
Outside of work, Kathy loves spending time with her three precious grandchildren, biking with her husband and at her beach front condo in Maine.
Ellen studied Dental Hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh. She joined the practice full time in 2001, left to be home when her son and two daughters were little and then returned in 2012 once her children were off to school. Ellen is passionate about giving the best care possible and patients love her calming and caring demeanor. The best part of her job is relationships with patients and she loves it.
Ellen loves music, cooking, the Cape, gardening and most of all, being anywhere with her family.
Laura has been a part of our team since the beginning of 2017. She studied dental hygiene at Harcum College, in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Since graduating in 2010, she has worked in family dentistry and enjoys helping patients of all ages maintain a healthy and happy smile. She has two young ones at home and enjoys being able to spend most of her time with them and still be able to work part time at the office.
In her down time, Laura loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons, playing the piano, and browsing Pinterest for her next DIY project.
Received her hygiene degree from Regis College in Weston, MA. While receiving her hygiene degree, she was licensed to give local anesthesia. She’s continuing her education to receive a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene education expected in May 2021. She is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Hygiene Association for three years. Kaelin is dedicated to deliver the best dental health care and to ensure a positive dental experience for her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and visiting the beach.
Michael has been a professional and certified Dental Assistant since 2013. Graduated in Lexington, MA from Dental Assistant Academic Program. He has a lifelong passion for dentistry. Michael has a loving and caring personality that helps patients feel comfortable and at ease. He keeps up to date annually with all dental protocols and credentials. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, enjoys being outdoors, working out to stay physically healthy and loves to read. (Feel at ease and ask for Michael.)
Anita loves helping patients transform their smile. She likes working in variety of treatment procedures. Her experience working in oral surgery as well as general dentistry has been a huge asset to our practice. In her free time, She enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, watching movies, riding bikes, and always learning new things.
